Hypnobabies® Childbirth Hypnosis Classes
We offer Group Classes several times a year in Grand Junction, CO. The class is 6 weeks, 3 ½ hour a week. It is a complete childbirth education class that teaches medical grade hypnosis for an easy and comfortable childbirth. These classes have no more than 6 couples per class so they are small and personal.
Private Classes
We offer private Hypnobabies classes anywhere on the Western Slope, in your own home or in our office. Private classes are for those women who prefer to learn in a private setting, are on bed rest, or have scheduling conflicts. You will learn everything that is covered in group classes, just in a private setting. You pick the times and dates and we will lead the instruction at a local church or in your own home!
We also offer private group classes! Have a group of pregnant friends? Create your own Hypnobabies class! Gather at least one other couple to form a personal class at a time and place that is convenient for you. As a hostess, you will receive a discounted rate for your session, depending on how many couples you bring together.
Private Home Study Advantage
If you are currently a Hypnobabies Home Study student interested in scheduling a private Home Study Advantage Class, we cover the highlights of class #5 and #6. It includes birthing day preparations, watching Hypnobabies birth videos, and a Birth Rehearsal putting your practice into play. We can help you pull all your Hypnobabies techniques and cues together and gain confidence in how to use them all.
