About Francesca

I believe every woman should have the birth that she wants! Women should feel empowered and supported as they go through this incredible experience. Unfortunately, in a world where birth is portrayed in such a negative light, women are often made to believe that they can't give birth without interventions. I believe that this view is degrading to women and takes the power from them and gives it to the doctors and nurses. My goal is to help the women in my classes to feel empowered and in control of their birth experience!

 As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted a natural birth experience. Although I educated myself and prepared as best I could, I still struggled with my first birth. After having my oldest daughter, I knew there had to be a better, calmer, and more comfortable way to have a baby naturally. That was when I found Hypnobabies® . My second pregnancy was much easier and the birth was beautiful and manageable. I knew I had to share this program with other moms hoping to have a positive natural birth experience.  After teaching middle school choir for 7 years it seemed natural to take my skills in education and apply them to teaching childbirth education.

Besides teaching, I also enjoy singing, playing with my two girls, and spending time in my garden.
